At Crave Noodles, we want every order to reach you fresh, safe, and exactly as expected. Since our products are consumable food items, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.


🔁 Returns Policy

We do not accept returns once food products have been delivered.

However, claims may be accepted if:

  • 📦 The product received is damaged or defective
  • ❌ The wrong product was delivered
  • ⏰ The product was expired at the time of delivery

To qualify for a claim, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Keep the product unused and in original packaging
  • Share clear photo or video proof

💸 Refund Policy

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • ✅ Full refund
  • ✅ Product replacement, subject to availability

Refunds or replacements are only processed after our team verifies the issue.


💳 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds may be made through:

  • 💳 Original payment method, where applicable

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Incorrect storage by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, unless the product is damaged

📦 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
