At Crave Noodles, we want every order to reach you fresh, safe, and exactly as expected. Since our products are consumable food items, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
🔁 Returns Policy
We do not accept returns once food products have been delivered.
However, claims may be accepted if:
- 📦 The product received is damaged or defective
- ❌ The wrong product was delivered
- ⏰ The product was expired at the time of delivery
To qualify for a claim, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Keep the product unused and in original packaging
- Share clear photo or video proof
💸 Refund Policy
If your claim is approved, we may offer:

- ✅ Product replacement, subject to availability
Refunds or replacements are only processed after our team verifies the issue.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

- Change of mind after delivery

- Delivery delays caused by courier partners, unless the product is damaged

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
